3. Which document applies?
The Terms of Service cover platform use. The Merchant Service Agreement covers general business subscription and hardware conditions alongside an accepted order. The Privacy Policy explains personal information and choices. The Cookie and Browser Storage Notice explains browser storage. A legal notice does not replace any of these documents.
Order-specific agreements supplied for acceptance remain the record of that order’s terms. Merely updating a public page does not change an existing accepted agreement.
